- Fill out our contact form (How We Work page): first name, last name, company name, job title, work email, company size, challenge description, and how you heard about us.
- Fill out our needs assessment form (/needs-assessment): the above fields plus additional information about your business, community, lead generation activity, and customer success processes.
- Visit our website: we may collect anonymised usage data via analytics tools (page views, session duration, browser type, approximate location). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare for our strategy conversation
- Send you the needs assessment document and follow-up communications
- Improve our services and understand our audience better
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your form submissions are processed via secure webhooks and stored within our internal tools (including Make.com and Zoho Mail). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. We do not store your data on our website servers.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. If you enquire and we do not enter into a working relationship, we will retain your data for a maximum of 24 months before deletion. If we work together, we retain relevant data for the duration of our engagement and for 5 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data
